Beijing's Underground City 

From just two lines in the 1980s and '90s, Beijing has quickly expanded its subway network to eight lines that cover 200 kilometers. By 2015, the city plans to have 10 lines stretching 561 kilometers, making it one of the biggest and busiest subway nets in the world.
