2008年9月2日，上海，昨日（9月1日）章子怡在上海1933老场坊出席世界铂金协会举办的铂金秀，身穿曼妙长裙的章子怡没有在现场接受任何访问，仅与主办方开香槟庆祝，前后露面不过十分钟。1998年，章子怡接拍张艺谋导演的《我的父亲母亲》出道，如今，她取代张曼玉代言铂金协会——十年间，章子怡对自己的成绩感触颇多，她早前接受媒体访问时表示自己未料到十年后能够取得的成绩，希望自己可以期待下一个十年。同场出席活动的还有上海本地的名模佟晨洁等。
